Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@dryd.shop and we will work with you to make it right.

  •  All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
  • Proof of purchase and a description of the issue may be required. 
  • Refund requests apply only to purchases made through dryd.shop. If you purchased our products from another retailer, please reach out to them directly regarding their refund or exchange policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 
  • Dryd reserves the right to deny refunds or credits depending on the circumstances.

    Cancellations

    All sales are final once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout.
