Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00 PM EST through Sunday, or on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should your shipment experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Dryd is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Dryd is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the continental U.S. As Dryd continues to grow, we hope to expand international shipping options.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries
Dryd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please notify us at info@dryd.shop as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. In some cases, local law enforcement may be involved. Replacements or refunds will only be issued once the investigation is complete (allow up to 21 days).
